Lashed by Dani (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides online educational courses, digital content, and training programs (collectively, the “Courses”) through our website and Kajabi platform (the “Platform”). By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Course, you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). 1. Intellectual Property and Copyright

 

All content within our Courses, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, written materials, images, graphics, diagrams, designs, concepts, mapping systems, techniques, and teaching methods, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lashed by Dani and is protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws.

 

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course materials for your personal, professional education only. You may not, under any circumstance:

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, or resell any Course materials, whether in full or in part.

  • Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture Course videos or digital content.

  • Re-teach, repackage, or incorporate any Lashed by Dani methods, maps, techniques, or terminology into your own trainings, classes, or educational content, whether paid or free.

  • Claim authorship, originality, or ownership of Lashed by Dani’s intellectual property.

 

Any violation of these terms constitutes infringement and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, as well as legal action to protect our rights.

2. Access and Use of Platform

 

You will receive access to the Course materials through Kajabi after purchase. Your login credentials are for personal use only and may not be shared with others. We reserve the right to revoke access to any Student found to be sharing login information or engaging in unauthorized use of the Platform or Course materials.

 

Access duration varies by Course and may include lifetime access or time-limited access as stated at purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

 

All Course sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once access has been provided, regardless of whether the Student has accessed or completed the materials.

4. Certificates of Completion

 

Certain Courses include a certificate of completion issued by Lashed by Dani. This certificate verifies that you have completed the educational content provided; however, it does not authorize you to train, certify, or represent yourself as an official educator or affiliate of Lashed by Dani.

Any misrepresentation of certification status or use of the certificate for promotional, instructional, or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Student Responsibility and Skill Level

 

Our Courses are designed for intermediate to advanced lash artists who already possess foundational lashing skills and proper certification or licensing as required in their jurisdiction. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you meet these prerequisites and understand that our trainings are intended to enhance existing professional techniques—not to teach basic lash application.

 

You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws, licensing requirements, and health and safety standards.

6. Educational Disclaimer

 

All information provided in our Courses is for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding results, earnings, client outcomes, or skill advancement. Success with the techniques taught depends on each student’s prior experience, understanding, and consistent practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lashed by Dani, its owner, instructors, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in any Course. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lashed by Dani from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the information provided.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

 

You acknowledge that the information, methods, and materials provided in the Courses constitute proprietary trade secrets of Lashed by Dani. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, share, or make available any content, screenshots, or recordings to others without express written permission.

9. Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate your Course access, without refund, if you breach any terms of this Agreement or engage in behavior that harms the integrity or reputation of Lashed by Dani.

10. Governing Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Amendments

 

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Courses after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
